Detailed Description

Saltwater Revival is located two blocks from the ocean and one block from the Intra Coastal Waterway on the east end with easy island access. Public Beach access is a 3 min walk or you may enjoy a local golf cart rental.  Located on a quiet dead-end street, Saltwater Revival is also within walking distance to several restaurants, candy store, ice cream & yogurt shoppe, coffee shop, and Bridgeview Park with pickleball/tennis/basketball court, splash pad, a playground and pavilion with all kinds of community activities throughout the year.  

 

All BEDROOMS are decorated with "Beach" themed decor, have ceiling fans, TV's, wicker luggage benches and a cellphone/electronics USB plug on each nightstand.  Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are INCLUDED in the rental price.  Both master bedroom suites have a walk-in closet and private bathrooms with walk-in tile showers.  The first-floor beach side Master Bedroom features a desk should anyone need to "work from home".  The second-floor beach side Master Bedroom en-suite features a baby crib, changing table and rocking chair.  This bedroom has a balcony with 2 rocking chairs and a peek-a-boo ocean view. Bedroom #3 is located on the second floor street side and features a private bath with tub/shower combo.  Bedroom #4, located on the second floor beach side, has a king bed and shares the hall bath with tub/shower combo with Bedroom #5 which is located second floor on the street side with a queen bed and set of bunks. 

 

All BATHROOMS feature COMPLIMENTARY hand soap, make-up removing wipes, starter toilet paper and a blow dryer.  

 

The open-concept kitchen, den and dining area located on the first floor makes a great family space allowing gatherings & entertaining to flow from inside to the porches with ease. The well-equipped KITCHEN features granite cabinet tops, stainless steel appliances including TWO refrigerators and everything you need to make a gourmet meal.  We furnish COMPLIMENTARY dishwasher pods & liquid, cooking oil & spices, alum foil, plastic wrap, and plastic storage bags along with starter paper towels and trash bags.  You will find two coffee makers to enjoy a k-cup or 12 cup option and of course COMPLIMENTARY coffee filters, creamer and sugar provided.  There is a toaster oven, crock-pot, large stock pot, electric can opener, blender, hand mixer, grille, an assorted pots & pans. The kitchen island offer seating for four.  The DINING AREA offers seating for eight and a highchair and booster seat for the little ones. The large table is great for family game night.

 

There’s plenty of room for the family in the DEN AREA which features a 65” wall-mounted flat screen smart TV, sound bar, Blu-ray DVD player. A sectional sofa, 2 new comfy chairs and an electric fireplace make it feel like home. Assorted DVD's, playing cards, puzzles, and board games are provided for your enjoyment. Need a good book? There is a bookshelf in the first-floor Master Bedroom with selections to enjoy during your stay. 
 

The LAUNDRY ROOM on the first-floor features front-load full size washer and dryer as well as a utility sink.

 

Enjoy the large DECK on the kitchen/den level with child safety gate for a meal at the outdoor table, relax in one of two rocking chairs or cook on the gas grill that makes outdoor cooking convenient.  We even provide propane for the gas grill.

 

The fenced-in BACKYARD is great for children.  There is a retractable gate at the bottom of the stairs at the pool area to keep little ones safe from playing on the steps. Cool off in the new SALTWATER POOL, lounge in a chaise, or just hang out on the new covered patio beside the pool. The new POOLSIDE COVERED PATIO has a table & four chairs, a bar with four stools and 4 Adirondack chairs to relax, have a meal or watch the 60" OUTDOOR TV.  There are outdoor BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS to enjoy your jam.  Spend time at the bar watching the game or gather around the FIREPIT which is available Sep - May for our off-season guests.  Pool toys and lawn games including a soccer ball, football, cornhole, badminton and other outdoor games are provided in the outdoor storage box to enjoy a little competition.

 

The OUTDOOR SHOWER with hot and cold water is convenient for washing off the sand before you enter the house or pool and has a hand washing station and COMPLIMENTARY shampoo & conditioner.  There is a basket of sand toys located there for the little ones to enjoy playing in the ocean sand.

 

There is an outdoor gathering area in the CARPORT with a porch swing and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the shade and ocean breezes and a great rainy-day location for cornhole and other games. The FRONT PORCH has two rocking chairs, child safety gate and a view of the waterway.  

 

There is KEYLESS ENTRY on exterior door from carport into an interior stairway so there’s no need to carry keys.  For security, there is outside surveillance of the property.
